About

Hannah Sanghee Park was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She’s the author of THE SAME-DIFFERENT (LSU Press), the winner of the 2014 Academy of American Poets Walt Whitman Award.  A former Fulbright Scholar, she holds degrees from the USC School of Cinematic Arts, the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, and the University of Washington. She’s the recipient of fellowships from the Civitella Ranieri Foundation, the CBS Writers Program, The MacDowell Colony, and others. She’s a 2017 Sundance Screenwriters Intensive Fellow and a 2018 Writers Guild of America West TV Writer Access Project honoree.
