TFI/A+E IndieFilms StoryLab

This three-day workshop program, sponsored by A&E IndieFilms, was designed to help position commercially-viable documentaries for the big screen by providing one-on-one mentorship, master class discussions, case studies and networking opportunities for feature length documentary filmmakers. The TFI/A&E IndieFilms StoryLab provided resources for workshop participants to tackle creative and storytelling issues (as they relate to narrative structure and character development) in the post-production stage – and aided each participating filmmaker prepare their film for the ensuing film festival circuit.
