Matt Yoka is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker. He was a Collaborative Fellow at UnionDocs and in 2014 earned a master's degree from USC's Annenberg School of Journalism, where he was awarded a Pulitzer scholarship. Over the years, he has produced work for VICE, Vanity Fair, and The Awl. His directorial work in music videos has been praised by The New York Times, Rolling Stone, and Indiewire. His work has been featured at SXSW, Independent Film Week, Full Frame Festival, and The Exploratorium Museum. Recently, he produced Huang's World and directed/produced VICE Does America for the television network, VICELAND.
