Jessica Sanders is an Academy Award®-nominated, Sundance and Cannes winning filmmaker and commercial director. Jessica directed After Innocence, a feature documentary film about innocent men wrongfully convicted of crimes, cleared by DNA evidence and their struggle to reenter society after spending decades in prison.
Executive Producer
Lawrence Bender is renowned producer and political activist whose works include Kill Bill: Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown and Reservoir Dogs, among others. His work has been honored with 19 Academy Award nominations, including two for Best Picture. He received the Producers Guild Award and Golden Satellite Award nominations for Good Will Hunting, and won the 2005 Producers Guild Stanley Kramer Award and the 2006 National Board of Review Freedom of Expression Award for Innocent Voices, a film inspired by the true story of a boy during the Salvadoran civil war. A recipent of the ACLU Torch of Liberty Award, Bender won the 2007 Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature fro his latest film, An Inconvenient Truth.
Producer
A graduate of Occidental College, Hawkes associate produced the A&E specials What's So Funny and Red Flag, and served as production and post-production supervisor for The Popes: The Legacy of Peter. She recently served on the selection committee for Curta Cinema in Rio de Janeiro.
