Director
An award-winning filmmaker, Phil Bertelsen works in both fiction and non-fiction. His first film, AROUND THE TIME, was a drama honored with several awards, including a Student Academy Award. His next film, THE SUNSHINE also won numerous festival awards including a Director’s Guild East Award. Additionally, Bertelsen wrote and directed OUTSIDE LOOKING IN, an hour-long PBS documentary examining transracial adoption in America. He followed with EVERY OTHER a satire on racial identity, as part of the Matters of Race series.

DALLAS BRENNAN was born to actor parents and spent summers at the Williamstown Theater Festival sitting in on rehearsals with his father Tom and the legendary Tennessee Williams. After receiving his BA from Rutgers University, Dallas attended Playwrights Horizons Theater School in New York City where his writing for the stage extended to writing for the screen. He has since written nine original screenplays that have drawn interest from such companies as Miramax, Paramount and New Line Cinema. ROCK THE PAINT is currently in development and would mark his first produced work.
