Logline
A beauty pageant in the slums of Colombia has turned into a nest of racial tensions. Three young women want to become the Queens of the People, but as days pass, they will realize that this beauty contest is not the fairy tale of their dreams.

Her short filmwon several awards internationally. She has directed Magical Cartagena, (mentored by Abbas Kiarostami), and is currently working on Champ and Queen of the People.

MA in Producing Film and TV from London. As Head of Fahrenheit, David produces the documentary Queen of the People, and the fiction films and Ana's Desire. David also works for NBCUniversal's London office.
