Initially working in research at Columbia University Medical Center, Matt Fifer made the natural transition into film and television. At the New School, he studied under SHERRYBABY director Laurie Collyer. He's worked on shorts, commercials, and big budget features like THE AVENGERS and A LATE QUARTET. In 2016 and 2017, he made IndieWire’s “Top 10” list for best web series of the year.

Jeremy Truong is a San Francisco transplant working as an LGBT film producer in New York. Attracted to films with powerful themes, Jeremy's artistic style is very true to life and focuses on impactful, resonating moments. Jeremy has produced work with content and VFX powerhouse The Mill+, BuzzFeed, the J. Walter Thompson ad agency and handles press coverage at top tier film festivals including SXSW, Tribeca, and the New York Film Festival. Having recently received the SFFilm Rainin Grant for his work on Cicada, Jeremy hopes to further create inspiring and powerful work that tell intimate stories within the LGBT community. With experience across commercial, music video and narrative projects, he's excited to be able to share moving stories across different mediums and showcase diversity in an underrepresented space.

Ramfis Myrthil is a New York-based filmmaker who loves telling New York stories. Applying an East Coast ethic to the world of film and media, he works to produce narrative features that reflect the best, most captivating parts of his community – passion, integrity, and honor. Ramfis went to the 2018 Sundance Film Festival with A BOY, A GIRL AND A DREAM which placed among the top 18 films for the entire festival. In his desire to assist and educate the next generation of filmmakers, Ramfis has participated as a judge for the 2018 BAFTA Student Film Awards as well as a mentor for the Arts, Entertainment & Media Academy Field Day in Pasadena, CA. He has worked with Teach for America, Schools That Can, and Gold Coast Arts, where he taught students about the different stages of film production. He also acts as a leader in the minority community. In 2017, Ramfis had the privilege of serving as a panelist for Blacks on Wall Street where he spoke to an audience of over 200 high school students about finding success in the professional world through mentorship and internship opportunities.
