Baghdad, a 16-year-old tomboy skater girl, is starting to discover her sexuality as she balances her world of her mostly male skater friends and the strong women who surround her at home in a working class neighborhood in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Caru Alves de Souza is a director and screenwriter. Her debut film, Underage (2014), premiered at San Sebastian IFF and was awarded as Best Film at Rio IFF. Her awarded short Family Affair (2011) premiered at Frameline - San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival and was distributed in various platforms worldwide.

Rafaella Costa's professional path is marked by productions for Film and TV. She is one of the co-producers of Caru Alves de Souza debut film, Underage (2014), when they started a partnership that resulted in the director's second feature, Baghdad - Scenes from a Neighborhood.
