Under her production banner First Generation Films, Christina Piovesan has several feature film projects in development including “The Whistleblower”, a true life drama about the United Nations involvement in the Eastern European sex trafficking industry. The project is set up at HBO Films with Ashley Judd attached to star. Other projects are “White and Rice,” a teenage drama with Killer Films attached to produce and the Sundance Institute developed project “Amreeka” written and directed by award-winning filmmaker Cherien Dabis.
