About

Joyce Chen is a senior at High School for Dual Language and Asian Studies in Manhattan. In her film, Nina, a young women loses her boyfriend to drug overdose. She uses the same drug that killed her boyfriend to escape reality. Nina struggles with substance abuse and has to learn to move on with her life.
