Gabriel Stavenagen (CDMX, 1984), is a young Mexican producer. He has been awarded with the Hubert Bals Development Fund among other awards. His film productions have been presented at more than 50 film festivals including Sundance, Berlin and Rotterdam. His recent filmography includes two successful television series and films in association with renowned producers such as Academy Award winner Luis Puenzo, Ginevra Elkann and with filmmakers Carlos Reygadas and Wim Wenders.
In 2017, he founded Cineburó to develop, produce and nance challenging and innovative projects across all audiovisual platforms. The content branch of the company has generated more than 200 million views and collaborates regularly with renowned international production companies such as Vice Studio, Pulse Films, Iconoclast and CAA. He’s currently in development on a feature documentary, two fiction films and an Amazon Original series.
