blair dorosh-walther identifies as gender non-conforming, using both male and female pronouns, and is a social issue and award-winning documentary director and artist with a passion for inspiring action for social justice through media. blair graduated with a B.F.A. in Film from NYU where he was awarded the Adam Balsano Award for social significance in documentary filmmaking. Her first feature-length documentary, OUT IN THE NIGHT, has been in over 100 film festivals, winning a dozen awards. blair is currently a Guggenheim Fellow and sits on the board of All Access Supports for the Living.
